• 5 quarts popped Corn
• 2 cups Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Butter
• ½ cup light Corn Syrup
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp Salt
How to make Caramel Popcorn:
• Combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
• Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring quickly.
• Remove from heat and stir in baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt.
