Peach Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Crust for a One-Crust Pie
• 2 cup Peaches (sliced)
• 2 cup Apples (sliced)
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• ½ tsp Cinnamon
• ½ cup Sugar
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

 
For the Streusel Topping:

• 1 cup Flour
• 1 cup Sugar
• ½ cup Quick Oats
• ¼ cup Butter (cut into pieces)
   
 
How to make Peach Apple Pie:
 
•    Preheat the oven at 425°F.
•    Take apples, peaches, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and mix it well.
•    Place pie pastry in a pie plate and crumble the side ends.
•    Pile up the fruits on a pie crust evenly.
•    Put flour with sugar and oats in a bowl and mix it well.
•    Mix in butter pieces well and spread it over the fruits.
•    Bake it for 10 min. Then reduce the heat and bake it further for 45 min at 375°F.
•    Next cool it and serve it.

Choco Roll Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 Tin Condensed Milk
• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1-1/2 cups Grated Coconut
• 3/4 cups Crushed Nuts
• 1 cup Crushed Marie Biscuits
   
How to make Choco Roll:
•    Mix together all the ingredients in a pan.
•    Heat it on medium heat ,stirring frequently.
•    When it starts thickening and comes in a lump, turn off the heat.
•    Make cylindrical shaped rolls out of the mixture.
•    Wrap each roll carefully in cling film.
•    Keep the wrapped rolls in refrigerator for about an hour.
•    After the due time, take the rolls out of the fridge. Remove the cling film from them and cut each roll into slices.
•    Choco Roll is ready to serve.

Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
• 4 Cups Apples (peeled and sliced) • 1/2 Cup flour • 1/4 Cup brown sugar • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg • 1 Unbaked pie shell • 1/2 Cup pecans • 1 Cup butter • 1/2 Cup melted butter • 2/3 Cup sugar

How to make Apple Pie:
•Soak the apples in melted butter.
•Mix flour, sugar and spices.
•Take out apples from melted butter.
•Coat soaked apples with sugar mixture and pour it into pastry shell.
•Cover the top of apple filling with a layer of butter to give the filling a rich flavor.
•Now bake at 400 degree F for about 45 minutes until apples are tender.
•Apple Pie is ready. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup White Sugar
• 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
• 2 cups Milk
• 30 gm unsweetened Chocolate (chopped)
• Additional little Chocolate (grated)
• 3 Egg Yolks
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 19” Pie Shell (baked)
   
How to make Chocolate Cream Pie:
•    Take sugar with flour, milk, and chocolate in a saucepan and stir it continuously on medium flame until its bubbling. Then cook it stirring constantly for 2 min.
•    Put egg yolks with little chocolate mixture in a bowl and beat quickly to ignore the egg yolks from getting cooked.
•    Add it to the remaining chocolate mixture and cook it for 90 sec. Then take it from heat and mix in butter with vanilla extract.
•    Fill the pie shell with the mixture and refrigerate until it is well set.
•    Add on grated chocolate and serve it.

Blueberry Crumb Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
• For the Pie:
• 1 unbaked Pie Crust
• ¾ cup White Sugar
• 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
• 2 tsp Lemon Zest (grated)
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 5 cups Blueberries

For the Topping:
• 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
• ¾ cup Rolled Oats
• ½ cup All Purpose Flour
• ½ tsp Cinnamon (ground)
• 6 tbsp Butter
   
How to make Blueberry Crumb Pie:
•    Preheat the oven at 375°F.
•    Press the pie crust into a pan.
•    Mix sugar with flour in a bowl. Stir in lemon zest with lemon juice.
•    Add blueberries to it and pour it over the crust.
•    Take brown sugar with oats, flour and cinnamon in a fresh bowl and mix it well.
•    Blend in butter using folk until it forms into crumbs.
•    Spread it over the pie filling evenly.
•    Bake it for 40 min or until the top is brown. Then cool it on the rack.
•    Serve it with chilled vanilla ice cream.
