Bean Burgers Ingredients:
- 2 cups beans, boiled & mashed
- 1/2 cup wheat germs
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, ground
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 burger buns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- lettuce leaves
How to make Bean Burgers:
- In a large bowl, combine 1st six ingredients together.
- Mix well.
- Then shape into 6 round patties.
- Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
- Lightly greased a baking tray.
- Place patties over it.
- Place baking dish in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Cut burger buns into halves by using sharp knife.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on each burger half.
- Place the bean patties between two halves.
- Heat on griddle or pan for 30 seconds.
- Garnished with lettuce leaves.
